The Oaks Inn Wedding package is designed to provide general information on a variety of subjects. Once you have had an opportunity to review this information, please call and make an appointment. At that time, we will be happy to provide you with a no obligation quote for your function

We do not consider ourselves the least expensive catering facility in Chatham-Kent, nor do we consider ourselves the most expensive.  We feel we have very competitive pricing, excellent food and service second to none.  We ask only this of you, when comparing prices, "What are the reasons for the price difference?"  Be sure you find out before the day of your function.

At the Oaks Inn, we regard ourselves as catering professionals, and with over 35 years of experience we provide quality service.  Remember, at the Oaks Inn, it is your banquet done your way.

OAKS INN ADVANTAGES:

Ballrooms were remodelled and redecorated as of April 4, 2008. The colours used were earth tones and the room is now very decorator friendly.

The main function hall has a seating capacity for up to 300 guests depending on the layout.  We will close our dining room and extend our ballroom to accommodate up to 375 guests upon request.
           
Our hall rental for the three ballrooms on a Saturday is $500.00. When you first book with us, the booking is considered tentative. Once we have received a $500.00, non-refundable deposit, the booking is considered confirmed. If you should have to cancel, we will do our utmost to rebook the date. If we rebook, your deposit is refunded. We ask that you be very sure about your booking before you commit to a confirmed booking.
