Thank you for considering cookhouse catering. We have provided a list of different catering options currently available. we are by no means limited to those items listed below. We enjoy doing the unusual. from authentic brazilian buffets to seven course elegant meals with entrees ranging from aligator appetizers to roast pheasant, there is very little we can't or won't do. If you have a special request, just ask. We would be happy to provide a quote.

 

Full Buffet Options

ONE MEAT BUFFET -    $16.95

TWO MEAT BUFFET -  $17.95

THREE MEAT BUFFET - $18.95

All of our buffets include the following options:

SALAD BAR
Rolls- whole wheat and white, cottage cheese, carrot sticks, celery sticks and radishes, pickles, olives, tossed salad with a selection of three or four dressings, potato salad, macaroni salad, coleslaw, and all necessary condiments.  Substitutions are welcome.

VEGETABLE SELECTION
A choice of any two of the following:  Prince Edward medley (a colorful combination of green beans, yellow beans and baby carrots), garden blend (a tasty mixture of broccoli, cauliflower, and sliced carrots), peaches & cream corn, baby carrots, glazed carrot sticks, Parisienne carrots, Brussels sprouts with onion cream, asparagus spears with hollandaise, green beans almondine, or any other vegetable of your choice.

POTATO SELECTION
A choice of any two of the following:  Mashed, Oven Roasted, Scalloped, Au Gratin, Rice Pilaf, Noodles Parmesan, Baked Potato, Garlic Whipped Potato,  Infused  Rice, or Penne & Tomato Sauce.

ENTREE SELECTION:
You may make your selection(s) from the following choices:  Roast Beef, Ham, Roast Chicken, Turkey, Lasagna, Chicken Scallopini, Chicken Kiev, Baked Herbed Chicken, Crab Bake, or Salmon Loin with Lemon Dill Sauce.
 
DESSERTS
All of our desserts are homemade.  Select any three. Our selection includes:
Cherry Cheesecake, Mixed Fresh Fruit, Chocolate Mousse, Chocolate Cream Pie, Coconut Cream Pie, Dutch Apple Pie, Cherry Pie, Blueberry Pie, Lemon Meringue Pie, Mississippi Mud Pie, Rice Pudding, and Bread Pudding with our Oaks’ Caramel Sauce.

 

All meals include tea and coffee.

All prices subject to 5% G.S.T and 8% P.S.T and 10 % gratuity.

Plate Service Meal

1st Course          Option One - Bread Baskets and Vegetable Trays
Assortment of dinner rolls and bread sticks served with a tray of fresh vegetables with our house dip.

1st Course          Option Two - Bread Baskets and Antipasta
Bread Baskets:  Pumpernickel and Multi grain dinner rolls served with Artisan Breads and Imperial Cheese Spread.

Antipasta: Herbed Havarti Cheese, Gouda cheese, Deli Olives, Summer Sausage, Spinach Dip, Carrot Sticks, Celery Sticks, and Warmed Herbed Foccacia Triangles.

2nd Course          Salad Options
Garden Salad: Iceberg lettuce with onions, cucumber, tomatoes, green pepper and
 mushrooms with a selection of salad dressings served at the table.
Mandarin Salad: Assorted greens, banana slices, walnut pieces, mandarin orange wedges, cherry tomatoes, and red onions, topped with a drizzle of brandy and peach dressing.
Gourmet Tossed Greens:  Tossed greens with baby spinach, radicchio, Romaine, and iceberg lettuce, tossed in our sun-dried tomato and oregano vinaigrette and topped with red onions, cucumber, cherry tomatoes.

3rd Course          The Main Course

The Entrée: 
Select one of the following:  Chicken Piccola, Chicken Scallopini, Roast Beef, Salmon Loin with Dill Sauce, Country-style Ham, Roasted Chicken, Herbed Chicken, Chicken Kiev, Shrimp Scampi, 8oz New York Strip Steak, ½ Rack or Full Rack of BBQ Ribs and Chicken Cordon Bleu.

Potato or Alternative Selection: 

Select one of the following: Baked Potato, Mashed Potato, Oven Roasted, Rice Pilaf, Mushroom Fried Rice, Noodles Parmesan, Scalloped Potatoes, Au Gratin Potatoes, Penne Noodles in Meat Sauce, Fettuccine with Creamy Roasted Garlic Sauce, Cannelloni with a blush sauce, Three Cheese Tortellini, Garlic Infused Mashed.

Vegetable Selection

Select one of the following: Asparagus, Mushroom Bake, Broccoli, Brussels Sprouts in Onion Cream, Baby Carrots, Sliced Carrots, Steamed Carrot Sticks, Parisienne Carrots, Corn, Corn O’Brien, Cauliflower, P.E. Medley, Niagara Blend, and Diced Butternut Squash.

4th Course          Dessert

Cheese Trays
Our cheese trays are available with sliced cheese, cubed cheese, skewered cheese or a combination of all three. We offer four different cheeses including provolone, mozzarella, mild cheddar, and herbed havarti.  The cheese tray is garnish with a blend of red and green grapes.  Dairy butter crackers, cracked wheat crackers, and golden sesame crackers are served on the side.

Meat Trays
Our meat trays are available with ham, salami, luncheon loaf and either Montreal smoked meat or deli turkey.  They are garnish with pickles and olives.

Vegetable Trays
Our vegetables trays consist of fresh broccoli, cauliflower, celery, Cucumber slices, carrot sticks, ¼ mushrooms, and pepper slices, served with our house dip.  Vegetable prices  vary from season to season but on average our cost is $1.00 per person.

Fruit Trays
Our fruit trays consist of honey-dew, cantaloupe, kiwi slices, watermelon, maraschino cherries, red and green grapes and strawberries (when available). The price of fruit varies from season to season but on average the cost is $1.50 per person. 

Dessert Trays – Small $18.95 (24 pieces)   Large $37.00 (48 pieces)
Our dessert trays come with an assortment of pastries and squares including an assortment of 4 different macaroon squares, butter tart squares, black forest squares, German chocolate squares, Boston Cream squares, carrot cake, an assortment of four different nanaimo bars and brownies.  Customize the tray with however many pieces of what your favourites.

 

                                   
Standard Sandwiches - $2.95
Sandwiches are made fresh to order.  Our standard selection includes:  Roast Beef, Deli Turkey, Ham and Cheese, Mock Chicken, Mac and Cheese Loaf, Salami, Chicken Salad, Tuna Salad, Salmon Salad, Egg Salad, and Ham Salad.  Sandwiches may be cut into 2’s or 4‘s and are available in white, whole wheat, multi grain, and marble rye.

 

Spirals - $4.95 cut into 10 spirals.
Made from fresh tortillas, spirals are filled, wrapped in plastic wrap overnight in the refrigerator and sliced before serving.  Our spiral selection includes:  Salsa, cream cheese and spinach; Crab and Hollandaise; Tuna Salad; peanut butter and banana.  Our spirals are available on white, herbed, spinach and sun dried tomato tortilla shells.  As an option, spirals can also be made using coloured breads which are sliced lengthwise instead of vertically.

 

Wraps - $5.95 each wrap is cut in half.
Chicken Caesar – Romaine lettuce, fresh bacon, parmesan cheese, breaded chicken and dressing.
Chicken Luciana – Roasted Red Peppers, herbed cream cheese, walnuts, Feta cheese,  and lettuce
