We are a dying breed. We are one of a few select places in the area that still offer a salad bar and soup with your meal. We still believe in large portions and small prices. We still believe the customer is always right. We believe that our seniors are a powerful part of our local economy and should be given the respect they deserve. We believe in the money-back guarantee. We believe that if you are consistently persistent and persistently consistent, you will survive in the food and beverage business if you provide great service and great food with an upbeat attitude. In 2009, we will be taking the family concept to the next level when we complete the transformation into The Cookhouse, a project which will see our Cookhouse morphed into a blend of Southern Tennessee hospitality and local charm.
